Privacy

We collect as little as we can, and we never sell your data.

Who we are

Lumen Anni is a small business based in Mexico. Contact for any privacy request: hola@lumenanni.com.

What we collect, and why

• Email address, if you sign up for our newsletter: to send it. You can unsubscribe in one click from any email.
• Order details (name, email, product), when you buy: to deliver your files and keep our accounts. Payments are processed by Etsy or by Polar, our checkout provider; we never see your card.
• Basic, anonymous visit statistics, without cookies.

What we do not collect

We do not ask about your religion or any other sensitive matter, we do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or rent your data.

Who processes it for us

Cloudflare (website), Polar and Etsy (orders and payments), and our newsletter provider. They may store data outside your country under their own privacy terms.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to hola@lumenanni.com. We answer within 20 business days.
